Participants learn to live in harmony with their surroundings and their own body, mind, and soul. 11 years ago on her personal journey of peace and happiness, Tahira learned to meditate and do yoga for the first time and it opened a new window for her and through that, she learned to see a different world within herself. After experiencing what meditation and breathing correctly can do, she decided to share her experiences with others and went to Bangalore for her teacher's training. She believes in a holistic lifestyle and that's what she teaches in her class with yoga postures, breathing exercises, and meditation. Tahira lives in Pakistan with her two beautiful rescued dogs, lots of plants, and books. She is an advertiser by profession and a passionate traveler. She runs an advertising agency while teaching in schools and regular courses.
