By Signing-up, or booking any Azora Wellbing service or retreat, you automatically agree to the ‘Azora Wellbeing General Terms of Service’

 

These general terms of service apply to all Azora Wellbeing Retreats.

From time to time, specific Wellbeing retreats may have additional terms & conditions which the Azora team will advise prior to booking.

PRICES

All prices are per person in GBP unless specifically stated otherwise on an Azora Wellbeing quotation, invoice or receipt. Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted include taxes. All bank charges and transfer fees, if any, are the responsibility of the booking guest.

The services sold are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice.

BOOKINGS

We do not regard the submission of an enquiry form as confirmation of booking. You should first call or email us to ensure that you and/or your group’s requirements can be met and to check availability. Whilst provisional bookings can be made via email or the telephone, full confirmation of your booking will only be made by us in writing by letter or e-mail along with a formal quote for the services required following a booking deposit.

All Azora Wellbeing quotations are governed by our Terms & Conditions. In making a booking with us, whether by telephone, e-mail or in writing, you and all members of your group are understood to have accepted our general terms and conditions and in the case of group bookings (2 persons & more), that the person making the booking is responsible for making all members of his or her group aware of these conditions. It is essential that you provide details of each group member correctly. If you fail to enter a digitally signed copy of your booking form but submit money by way of a deposit or full balance, we will assume you agree to all Azora Wellbeing general terms and conditions.

DEPOSITS AND WHAT IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL?

Azora Wellbeing bookings are confirmed following a deposit or full payment in advance. Deposit amounts will vary for each Azora Wellbeing and the Azora team will inform you accordingly prior to booking.

If you wish to cancel your Retreat, Course or Programme then cancellation charges will apply. These will be identified by the Azora Wellbeing team prior to booking as they may vary based on the Retreat.

DEPOSITS, REFUNDS AND TRANSFERS

All deposits are refundable based on the cancellation policy of the particular retreat. These will be identified by the Azora Wellbeing team prior to your booking.

All fees related to refunds are paid by the guest/guests/lead contact of the group.

In the event you change your mind and wish you cancel your booking to transfer your deposit to another Azora Wellbeing Retreat, transfer charges and time limitations will apply. These will be identified by the Azora Wellbeing team prior to your booking.

Full refunds will be given to guests in the event a retreat is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as COVID-19, LockDown, or natural disasters restricting travel to the destination.

IS THIS LIABLE?

Azora Wellbeing has no liability for any act, omission or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of airlines, car rental operators, ferry companies, hoteliers, tour operators or any other supplier. We have no liability for any loss or damage occasioned by the negligence, act or omission of any supplier or other third party. We reserve the right to cancel or modify itineraries or bookings where circumstances require. In circumstances where the liability of Azora Wellbeing cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased  Retreat or Service. All day time and night time activities, sports and transportation organised for you by Azora Wellbeing are undertaken at your own risk, we accept no responsibility or liability for any illness, personal injury or death caused to you or a fellow participant. If you are late for transfers then you will be liable to pay any additional costs which occur as a result of your lateness. We are not responsible for you missing any transportation as a result of your own lateness.

If you wish to cancel your Retreat, Course or Programme then cancellation charges will apply. These will be identified by the Azora Team prior to booking as they may vary based on the Retreat.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

Where special requests for room allocation, diet considerations etc. are required, Azora Wellbeing must be aware of them in writing at the time of booking. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that these requests are fulfilled, they cannot be guaranteed. Furthermore, Azora Wellbeing will not be liable for claims for consequential loss where written advice of special needs and requirements has not been received in writing at the time of booking.

UPDATES

The Azora Wellbeing Team will aim to make sure all guests are updated promptly if any of these Terms of Services change or are updated.
